At the dealer conference held that afternoon, the general manager of Zhejiang Tianma Bearing Group Co., Ltd., Shen Gaowei, first delivered a warm welcome speech on behalf of the company. The technical director of Zhejiang Tianma Bearing Group Co., Ltd., Shi Daxiang, delivered a keynote speech on Tianma Bearing's technology research and development at the conference. He introduced that Tianma Bearing's 30 years of unremitting research and development investment has achieved phased results, mastering a large number of domestically leading and internationally advanced cutting-edge technologies and processes. For example, carbide ultrafine processing, residual austenite stability, DH heat treatment technology, quenching stress and quenching deformation, research on new steel types—nano-bainite, etc. Now, the lifespan of TMB Extra new material bearings reaches more than five times that of ordinary bearing samples, and the lifespan of TMB Super series bearings made of TM-3 high-nitrogen steel reaches more than ten times that of ordinary bearing samples. In the future, the company will focus on the research and application of new products such as aircraft engine bearings, high-speed train bearings, wind turbine bearings, high-end CNC machine tool spindle bearings, robot bearings, high-end new energy vehicle bearings, intelligent bearings, long-life silent bearings, and long-life high-speed bearings, with broad prospects.
