Zhejiang Tianma Bearing Group Co., Ltd. introduced a German cold rolling expansion equipment project, replacing forging expansion and turning processes. This not only reduces the discharge of three wastes but also meets pollution prevention requirements, increasing material utilization by 25% and achieving product quality at an internationally advanced level. Processes that traditionally required multiple machines can now be completed with just one new machine, saving a significant amount of labor, materials, and electricity. It is estimated that this will save 30 million yuan in material and energy costs annually.

The metal cutting fluid previously used by the company employed a single machine with a small water tank, requiring replacement every two weeks in winter and every week in summer. This not only wasted a lot of water resources but also made it difficult to treat the wastewater generated during replacements. Issues such as running, leaking, dripping, and leaking were hard to control, leading to high labor intensity and low production efficiency. The newly added five sets of grinding processing cutting fluid centralized large circulation water treatment equipment implement fully closed pipelines. The grinding fluid used is an advanced environmentally friendly grinding fluid developed domestically, which is only added and not discharged, reducing the frequency of grinding fluid replacement and eliminating running, leaking, dripping, and leaking issues. Based on a calculation of 30 tons of water per large circulation water tank per week, five large circulation water tanks can save 600 tons of water in a month, totaling 7,200 tons of water saved annually.
