The high-performance hot die forging production line has settled in Tianma.

At the beginning of the new year, Zhejiang Tianma Bearing Group Co., Ltd. is fully ramping up its equipment updates and renovations to comprehensively enhance the production efficiency and product quality of bearing products. Recently, the two domestically leading 800-ton hot die forging production lines newly purchased by the company are being installed and debugged in the forging section, and are about to enter trial operation, which will provide new vitality for the efficient production of Tianma bearings.

The two newly installed hot die forging production lines utilize full-process intelligent servo and monitoring from raw material to finished product, and will achieve an annual production capacity of 5 million units after officially starting production. The high-performance hot die forging production lines not only greatly improve production efficiency, enhance the working environment, and reduce the labor intensity of workers, but also further enhance the intrinsic quality of steel balls and rings, thereby improving the quality of bearing products.
