1. Brief description of the construction project

Project name: Zheijiang Tianma Bearng Group Co.,Ltd annual production of 25 million sets of high-end and major equipment bearing intelligent manufacturing project

Nature of construction: Expansion

Project summary: The total investment of the enterprise is about 3.3 billion yuan, located in the general aviation industrial park, with an additional land area of about 578 acres, purchasing equipment such as gear grinding machines, CNC gear hobbing machines, turning and grinding processing centers, drilling and milling processing centers, forming an annual production capacity of 25 million sets of high-end and major equipment bearings and 60 sets of high-end intelligent equipment.

Current project situation: The existing factory area of the enterprise covers an area of 813.92 acres, with an annual production capacity of 22 million sets of precision bearings, 300 sets of precision CNC machine tools, and 200 sets of large high-end engineering machinery bearings. The current production process of the enterprise generates waste gas, which includes shot blasting dust, sandblasting dust, zinc spraying dust, grinding waste gas, smelting waste gas, casting waste gas, waste gas from gas heat treatment furnaces, oil mist waste gas from heat treatment, copper melting waste gas, acid mist, kerosene cleaning waste gas, and paint waste gas. The waste gas is collected and treated by various treatment devices before being discharged; wastewater is treated by a self-built sewage station to meet standards before being discharged; general solid waste is classified and collected for comprehensive utilization or sanitary landfill; hazardous solid waste is classified and collected and entrusted to qualified hazardous waste disposal units.
